We take great pride in our products and we always want you to get exactly what you expected.

If you are commissioning a specific product, it is really important that you contact us and arrange a phone consult.  We want to hear about the daydream that exists in your mind.  We will ask a ton of questions and will want you to be as detailed as possible.  During the commission process we will update you consistently with pictures of your product being created.  It's a back and forth communication.  And we get to know a lot about you.  The process is almost as exciting as receiving your final commission!
