SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
It takes 2-4 days for us to get items ready to ship. We use USPS and can provide the tracking code upon request. Shipping guitars and skulls may require an additional day to package.
If you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns as long the items are in the same condition as when they were shipped. There are no returns on skulls and guitars or custom and commission items. It doesn't happen often, but during shipping, occasional embellishments on the guitars and skulls may dislodge from their original placement. If this occurs, DON'T PANIC! Simply contact us and we can walk you through fixing this minor issue. We do not recommend that you try to fix it yourself without first contacting us.
